1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or custom products
- Products marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or poor handling

2. How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, please follow these simple steps:

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
- Return the Item: Pack the item securely, including a copy of the invoice and the RA number, and send it back to us. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt). We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:

6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

8. Shipping and Handling Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75. Plusstopic is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
9. International Returns
If you are returning items from outside the United States, please be aware that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please also ensure that you comply with any customs regulations for returns from your country.
